3-year installation warranty
Applicable services are covered for three years from the installation date, subject to the terms below. Registration must be submitted within 30 days of installation and approved by Starr City Customs. Submitting a request does not itself activate cover.
What is covered?
- During the first six months, faults or defects in parts supplied by us or our workmanship are repaired free of charge, including parts and labour.
- After six months and up to three years, covered parts remain protected. Labour charges apply for diagnosis, removal, refitting or reinstallation.
- Warranty work must be carried out solely by Starr City Customs.
Eligibility and exclusions
- Cover applies to parts supplied and installed by Starr City Customs.
- Registration must be submitted within 30 days of installation. Late registration does not qualify for cover under these terms.
- Misuse, accidental damage, water ingress unrelated to installation, wear and tear, third-party modifications and vehicle updates are excluded.
- Customer-supplied parts are excluded unless agreed in writing before installation.
- Proof of purchase and valid warranty registration may be required.
We check your installation details before approval. Your account will show the outcome and any review notes. The warranty period runs from installation, not from the approval date.
